- The field of the activity of the Office is to work out the instruction for the university clerical work coordinate and control documents according to the state standards and legal norms.
- The main functions of the Office are:
a) Improving the information-searching system and unifying the forms of documents;
b) Receiving/registering and processing correspondence, sending them to the appropriate destination;
c) Providing monitoring on clerical job to be performed within the fixed time limit; systematically informing the administration about the running process;
d) Preparing projects of legal acts;
e) Organizing meeting and preparing the corresponding protocols, listing the tasks assigned by the Rector and controlling their performance;
f) Working out/designing blanks for documents;
g) Setting nomenclatures for clerical jobs/case formation, keeping documentation and providing the information be used operatively.
