Functions of the Logistics Service

 

The functions of the Logistics Service are to:

  1. Take an inventory of the university physical and material-technical resources on the base of the Rector’s individual administrative-legal act.
  2. Keep the university physical and material-technical resources in normal conditions.
  3. Take preventive measures to ensure the proper operation of infrastructure.
  4. Timely repair damaged physical resources.
  5. Timely inform the administration about updating and/or replacing physical resources.
  6. Send/receive the correspondence and financial documents.
  7. Control the work of the university security service staff.
  8. Ensure the proper attention and control of security staff on the university building and the neighbouring territory.
