According to the Georgian law on higher education in order to be admitted to the programme an university entrant has to pass the unified national exams and get the passing grades. The Unified National Exam Centre will present the list of university entrants to the University selected according to the competition outcomes, the coefficient determined by the corresponding schools, and the rule of ranking.

Procedure

1. After passing the Unified National Exams, in case of getting passing grades, the National Centre gives you a certificate verifying that you have passed the exams. Your grades and your right to continue education will also be indicated in the certificate you have to present to the Students’ Mobility and Registration Centre together with other documents:
   • The secondary school certificate or its equivalent
   • The copy of the document of military registration (for boys)
   • 2 photos (3X4) together with CD
   • The certificate from the National Exam Centre.
2. The documents presented by you will be compared to those sent by the National Centre and you will receive a packet of applications, among them an agreement.
3. The Students’ Mobility and registration Centre will get acquainted with your documents. After signing the agreement you will be registered and be given a personal number (you will need this latter during your studying period). You will be also given other necessary docement. After these procedures, you, practically, are a student.
