Vladimer Burchuladze was born on August 9, 1983 in Ozurgeti. In 2004 he graduated from the Faculty of Business and Management of Grigol Robakidze University. In 2008 he was admitted to the master's programme of Grigol Robakidze University.

In 2007-2008 Mr. Burchuladze passed Microsoft courses 70-270 - MCSE Windows XP, 70-290 - MCSE Windows Server 2003.
