Sometimes it happens that you lose a diploma or a supplement. In such case, you can apply to the Registration Office of your School and present the following documents:
- An application on the name of the School Dean indicating the graduation date
- A police certificate confirming that they have been notified about this fact
- An ID card or a passport
Within one month’s time after presenting the documents, you’ll get a diploma duplicate. The service fee is 100 GEL.
In case you are abroad, all these documents (notarially certified copy of a passport instead of its original) should be sent by post. In the application should be indicated how you would like to receive the diploma, by post or you trust it to somebody. In case of this latter, notarially certified certificate of authority should be enclosed to the mentioned documents. In case you chose the post service, besides 100 GEL, 35 USA for post service should be transferred to the University’s account. You can find out the account number by the online contact.
