Manana Mosulishvili was born in Tbilisi on July 1, 1953. She has higher pedagogical and juridical education. During 1976-2004 she worked in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia. She occupied different positions: an inspector of the revision of juveniles, operational commissioner of the Criminal Investigation Department of criminal law, deputy head of the Criminal Executive Establishment, head of the secretariat of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, head of the teaching department of the Academy of Internal Affairs, deputy chair of the Department of Juridical Disciplines.
Since 1990, Manana Mosulishvili has been involved in scientific and pedagogical activities. In 2001 she defended a thesis in Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. He topic was “The moral and legal aspects of juridical responsibility’. Mrs. Mosulishvili has 21 scientific publications, 3 monographs (2 with co-authorship). She is Full Professor of Grigol Robakidze University.
Manana Mosulishvili is a member of Women Council, member of the Association of Professional Women “Hundred Georgian Women”, member of the Basketball Federation of Georgia.
Manana Mosulishvili has government awards – 7 medals; she is a Cavalier of Honours Order.
